What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (contact, investor query, project or trade enquiry, or job application) we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and, where you provide them, your telephone number, company or folio reference, the position you are applying for, and your message. To prevent abuse of the forms we also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (requested page, time, IP address and user agent) for security and operational purposes.

Why we use it

We use form submissions to respond to your enquiry, to route it to the appropriate team, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and available.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and thereafter as required by applicable law. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Cookies and third parties

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it sets is a session cookie for the company's administration console, which is not set for ordinary visitors.

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which may record your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

We do not sell or share submitted information with third parties for marketing. Investor-related correspondence may be shared with the company's registrar and share transfer agent where needed to resolve your request.
